2012 FUNDRAISER KICK OFF!

Mark your calendars; the fundraising period will run from Wednesday May 2nd to Thursday May 17th. Please see the attached document for packet pick-up and program details.

Pack pick-up: May 2nd from 6-8:30 pm Kuehnle elementary cafeteria

Order turn-in : May 17 from 6-8:00 pm Dickey’s BBQ Pit Louetta/Stuebner Airline by Starbucks

May 17th is the due date for all outstanding balances of the mandatory $150 AAYFDT League Fundraiser requirement. We ask that any family who has not raised the full $150 in proceeds be prepared to make up the differences at order turn in May 17th. If you have decided that you would prefer to buy out instead of fundraising we will be happy to collect those checks at packet pick up on May 2nd.

This fundraising efforts represents $10,500 of cash receipts; we have set the campaign dates to ensure the necessary resources are in place to provide our children a safe and successful 2012 season. Thank you for your participation and full commitment to making it a tremendous success.

Here is what you will need to bring with you:




  • Copy of recent Utility Bill (proof of residency)
  • Copy of your athletes Birth Certificate
  • Copy of recent Report Card (proof of residency)
  • Four separate Checks ($150 Registration Fee, $150 Fundraiser Buyout, $200 Equipment Deposit, $100 Volunteer Deposit)
* The league has changed the overall cost from $280 to $300—made up of $150 Registration Fee and $150 Fundraiser Optional Buyout. Also, included is a $200.00 check for Equipment Deposit and a $100.00 Volunteer Deposit (both to be returned if all issued equipment returned and volunteer commitment is fulfilled).
